M266-26 Macquarie Harbour – Oxygen Project Barge
Mariners are advised that the period of operation for the barge Wombat, moored in Macquarie Harbour in position Latitude 42°17.554’S, Longitude 145°22.179’E, has been extended until Thursday 31 December 2026 as part of the Macquarie Harbour Oxygenation Project (MHOP).
The barge will remain west of the transit line of the cardinal marks and will be lit with an all-white light.
Mariners should navigate with caution in this area.
