Accessing your MAST boating safety services
Once you are logged in to myServiceTas, you can access the status of your existing boating services and pay for renewals, all in the one place.
This includes:
- Checking and renewing boat registration.
- Checking and renewing a boat licence or PWC endorsement.
- Checking and renewing mooring permits.
- Viewing commercial vessel information.
The experience is designed to feel familiar – it works much like renewing your vehicle licence or registration.
MAST Portal users
Now is the time to streamline accessing your MAST boating services via myServiceTas rather than directly through the MAST portal. The new process is easier and makes it quicker to find the MAST services information you need on an already familiar place.
Already registered to use myServiceTas?
Your existing myServiceTas login details stay the same. Simply sign in and link your boat services to start viewing their status and paying for renewals.
New to myServiceTas?
Register easily via the myServiceTas website or app. Once your account is set up, you can link your boat services and manage renewals anytime.
myServiceTas also helps you stay on track, with ‘My tasks’ reminders for upcoming expiries and renewals. If you are using the app, you can log in quickly and securely using face recognition, fingerprint, or a PIN.
There is no extra cost to use myServiceTas, and your boat licences and registrations will appear alongside your vehicle information for easy reference.
Please note: myServiceTas allows you to ‘view and renew’ only existing boating services. New applications must still be submitted through the MAST Portal or at a Service Tasmania service centre.
