M344-26 River Tamar, Invermay – Fireworks Display – Prohibited Area
Mariners are advised that a fireworks display will be conducted from the North Esk Rowing Club pontoon at 55A Lindsay Street, Invermay, on Saturday, 26 September 2026, between 1930 and 2000 hours.
During this time, a prohibited area will be in force for all waters bounded by an imaginary circle with a 50-metre radius, centred at position Latitude 41°25.934’S Longitude 147°7.919’E.
Regulation 71 of the Marine and Safety (Pilotage and Navigation) Regulations 2017 provides for the declaration of a specified area to be a prohibited area for other vessels or persons.
