M025-26 River Derwent – New Norfolk to Tasman Bridge – Long Distance Swim

Mariners are advised that a long-distance swim will be conducted from the Bridge at New Norfolk to the Tasman Bridge on Wednesday, 28 January 2026, starting at 0150 hours and finishing at 0930 hours

A support vessel will accompany the swimmer, maintain a listening watch on VHF and display Code Flag A.

Mariners are advised to transit the area with caution and to keep well clear of the vessels participating in the event.
