M081-26 River Derwent – New Norfolk to Iron Pot – Long Distance Swim

Mariners are advised that a long-distance swim will be conducted from the bridge at New Norfolk to Iron Pot on Saturday, 28 February 2026, starting at 02:30 hours and finishing at approximately 17:00 hours.

A support vessel will accompany the swimmer, maintain a listening watch on VHF Channels 12/16, transmit AIS and display Code Flag A.

Mariners are advised to transit the area with caution.
