M090-24(T) Macquarie Harbour – Profiler Mooring
Mariners are advised an environmental profiler mooring will be installed in Macquarie Harbour in position Latitude 42° 14.952’S, Longitude 145° 19.512’E from 23 May 2024 until 23 May 2029.
The mooring is a 2.2m diameter buoy and will be lit with a yellow 2-3nm, FL 5 S, (On: 0.5s Off: 4.5s).
Two anchors spaced 100m from the buoy will each be marked with an unlit red A4 polyform buoy.
Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in this area.
