Mariners are advised that a special mark buoy (FL Y 3 S) has been installed on the end of the West Arm sewer outfall.
The pipeline runs in a straight line from Latitude 41° 8.800’S Longitude 146° 48.174’E to the end point Latitude 41° 8.714’S Longitude 146° 48.138’E.
