M222-26 River Derwent, Taroona – Pipeline Work
Mariners are advised that works will be undertaken at the IMAS intake pipeline at Taroona from Wednesday, 11 June to Thursday, 18 June 2026.
The works will involve barge and crane operations alongside the pipeline, with diving operations being undertaken adjacent to the barge.
The tug vessel Wandanna will maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 16 while works are underway.
Mariners are requested to keep well clear of the works area and any vessels displaying Code Flag A, maintain a safe distance of at least 200 metres, minimise wash and wake, and navigate with caution in the area.
