M249-26(T) River Tamar – Deviot Pontoon – Piling Works

Mariners are advised that piling works at Deviot Pontoon are now complete.

The barge TB Massif will remain in position on anchors off Deviot Pontoon until Monday, 6 July 2026, due to poor weather conditions.

During this time, TB Massif will remain secured by anchors and associated mooring lines. Anchor wires may extend up to 70 metres from the barge but will remain well clear of the navigational channel. Anchors will not be buoyed and are not expected to pose a risk to navigation unless vessels are operating in the immediate vicinity of TB Massif.

TB Massif will maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 14.

Mariners are requested to exercise caution when transiting the area and keep well clear of TB Massif, anchor wires, mooring lines and associated construction vessels.
