M268-26 Port of Devonport – Mersey River Swing Basin – Dive Operations

Mariners are advised that the vessel Kulanda will undertake dive operations within the Mersey River Swing Basin from Tuesday, 28 July to Monday, 10 August 2026 inclusive.

To facilitate the operations, Kulanda may be anchored at various locations, including mid-channel and within the Mersey River Swing Basin. The vessel will display International Code of Signals flag ALPHA while dive operations are underway.

Kulanda will maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 14 at all times while undertaking dive operations and navigating within port waters.

Mariners are requested to remain well clear of the dive operations, maintain a speed not exceeding 5 knots within 120 metres of Kulanda, and navigate with caution.
