M446-24(T) River Derwent – Finish Line Buoys for Sydney Hobart Yacht Race

Mariners are advised that two buoys marking the finish line for the Sydney Hobart Yacht Race have been laid at the following positions:

Inner Mark: Latitude 42° 53.249’S  Longitude  147° 20.410’E

Outer Mark: Latitude 42° 53.216’S   Longitude 147° 20.542’E

The outer mark will be lit with a strobe light.

Race boats will leave the inner mark to port.

Spectator boats are to keep well clear of the finish line at all times.
