Strategic Plan 2026–2029
MAST’s Strategic Plan (the Plan) focuses on the Board’s objectives consistent with the longer-term vision of ensuring Tasmania’s waterways are safe and enjoyable for all users.
The Plan sets out key focus areas that underpin MAST’s ability to deliver on its objectives. Priority actions that MAST intends to take in the period 2026-2029 are identified under each key focus area.
